1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 888z ("888z", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 888z.ws. By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the 888z platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 888z platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the 888z platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme, whether operated by 888z or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be acting under any legal disability.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 888z, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

888z reserves the absolute right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, and driving licences. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe requested by 888z may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Any player who provides false information regarding their age or identity during the registration process, or at any subsequent point, will have their 888z account immediately terminated. Any funds in the account at the time of termination due to age misrepresentation will be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 888z services — including casino games, sports betting, and financial transactions — you must complete the registration process and create a verified 888z account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up -to-date information. You warrant that all information provided to 888z at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. 888z reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888z account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 888z will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login details. You must notify the 888z support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• One account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party.
• Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their registered account.
• 888z accounts are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the platform.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month after written notice is provided to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

888z reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding PKR 100,000 or equivalent in cryptocurrency. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays on withdrawal requests regardless of amount. 888z is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

888z offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotional terms shall apply to that specific offer.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new 888z players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 888z reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any legal obligations to honour commitments already made to players who have begun participating in the promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose. Casino bonuses cannot be applied to sportsbook wagers unless the bonus terms explicitly permit this.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus harvesting — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for possible termination.
• 888z reserves the right to refuse any bonus offer to any player at its sole discretion.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The 888z sportsbook offers markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs), football (Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, and other competitions), UFC, kabaddi, tennis, and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 888z platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 888z does not accept requests to cancel or amend placed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 888z's specific sport-by-sport rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.
• Cricket bets: For a match to be valid, a minimum of 90% of scheduled overs must be completed, unless a result has been determined before that threshold is reached. PSL matches follow DLS rules where applicable.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Market fluctuations between bet placement and confirmation are not grounds for cancellation.
• 888z reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

7 Casino Games

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating more than one 888z account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888z, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 888z platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers or blockchain network congestion.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Decisions made by 888z in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension, bet voiding, or withdrawal restrictions.
• Inaccuracies or errors in game outcomes that are subsequently corrected, where the correction is made in good faith.

888z's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

888z collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 888z, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Termination

888z reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where 888z has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• The player is using the platform in a manner that poses a risk to 888z, other players, or third parties.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account suspension or closure.
• The player has been found to be under 21 years of age.

Players may voluntarily close their 888z account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's original deposit method within 5 business days. Voluntary account closure does not exempt a player from any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

888z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The majority of player concerns are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.
